Charlie Johnson and Andre Lekai were instrumental in building our home in the Adelaide area, in Paso Robles, CA. as per design and specifications by Gregory Ricards, architect. This was Charlie’s first job as a contractor and he performed it conscientiously and expeditiously. He maintained a good rapport with his workers and worked long hours himself to ensure that this house got built as efficiently as possible. We were impressed early on when he spent a long night in the cab of his pickup tending the freshly poured concrete garage slab so that it would cure properly. As the project progressed, Andre Lekai stepped in to aid in the selection and procurement of materials: lighting, plumbing, etc., as we floundered in our ignorance of what was needed and available. He enabled us to move in Christmas 2003. We have been quite satisfied with our home and enjoy living in it. We can highly recommend these two men as homebuilders and managers.
